During this special event, our founder and owner, Mr Wissam Achour, shared insights into the remarkable achievements of 2023, highlighting the collective efforts that have propelled us to new heights. The event was graced with motivational speeches from our dedicated general managers, who eloquently spoke about the challenges overcome and the triumphs celebrated throughout the past year.

The heart of the celebration was the recognition of our exceptional team members. To honor this commitment, appreciation trophies were presented to selected members, symbolizing their dedication and contributions.

Achour Holding celebrated its 31st anniversary at the
Lancaster Plaza Hotel, Beirut.

On this occasion, Eng. Wissam Achour, Chairman of the Board of Directors, honored the employees, appreciating their efforts and enhancing their loyalty, wishing them continuous success.

More than 200 employees and managers from various subsidiaries attended the event.

Achour Holding is one of the fast-growing entities in Lebanon and abroad, and it has gained a fast reputation in record times. It was established by the joint efforts of its management and a qualified team of employees who are constantly striving for higher goals.

Under the patronage of the Army Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun, represented by the Colonels Mahmoud Saab and Ali Shreif , the management of the Lancaster Eden Bay Hotel held the annual ceremony to honor the families and children of the martyrs of the Lebanese army, taking into consideration the Corona pandemic, decided to split the ceremony in two stages for two weeks

On this occasion, several speeches were delivered that emphasized the role of the army and its enthusiasm to preserve the homeland. The ceremony included a lunch for the army’s martyrs and their families, the stars Moein Shreif and Marwan Chami added a touch of joy to the event As well a kids entertainment program presented a Christmas show along with gifts distribution to all kids.

On the occasion of the holidays and in honor of the sons of the martyrs of the Lebanese army, Lancaster hotels organized a Lunch event as token of appreciation to the sacrifices of the army.

During the event, a speech was given by the hotel management and by Colonel Edmond Kaado, representing the commander of the army, General Joseph Aoun. The ceremony also included live singing of the star Moein Shreif and the artist Marwan Al Shamy. The ceremony ended with the distribution of gifts to the children of the martyrs of the Lebanese army.

Under the patronage of the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Avadis Kedian, represented by his first adviser, Mr. Sacco Mardirian, and the presence of Colonel Rabie Tarbieh, the representing of the Army Commander General Joseph Aoun, and the presence of the Commander of the Beirut Fire Brigade, Colonel Mohamed Halabi the representing of the Governor Ziad Chebib.

The Director of Business Development in the Lancaster Hotel chain, Mr. Rami Makhlouf, delivered a welcoming speech in which he stressed that this ceremony is part of the humanitarian initiatives of the hotels and that the selection of the children of the martyrs of the army and the fire brigade is only A token of appreciation for the martyrs of the homeland.

Colonel Tarabieh then delivered a speech of the army commander, who praised the humanitarian gesture and emphasized the patriotism of the organizers and their loyalty to the sacrifices of the military establishment. The stars Moen Shreif, Nay Suleiman and Dana Al Halaby presented an entertainment show along with distributing the gifts for the children.

As part of the humanitarian initiatives, the Lancaster Hotel Chain visited the Children's Cancer Center on 28/12/2018 represented by a number of staff. The participants toured the center, where they learned about its divisions and how they worked, and also provided financial charity which came from hotel staff.

In a meeting attended by a group of businessmen and dignitaries, the opening of "Tebna" Industrial City was announced. "Tebna" industrial city is a one million and two thousand and eighty thousand square meters land with several entrances. This industrial city is licensed by the Civil Planning Council and characterized by its good organization."Tebna" is composed of two hundred properties each one has a size between two thousand and six thousand square meters. Infrastructures and all essential necessities are available in "Tebna" from water, telephone, and internet networks, it constitutes one of the most important industrial cities in Lebanon and the region.

Rawda high school celebrates year after year the graduation of its special students. Every year, large groups of religious, social and political figures attend the ceremony. Rawda High School is well known for its deep experience in education and its high-level competitive academic teaching at all levels. English is the used language in Rawda's programs while Arabic is also taught at all the levels.
